Chompy sighed as he sat down slowly in his desk of first period, today he was wearing his custom blue hoodie with extra-long sleeves along with his favorite pair of baby blue sneakers, MonsterMouth!, and pink skinnies with Candy across the butt. Today felt weird, but then again Wednesdays always felt weird since it was the middle of the week. Tanya walked in with a bright smile, adorned in a black jumpsuit with knee highs colored rainbow and white high-tops and her long brown hair in a ponytail. Cheery as always she sat next to you and drummed her fingers along one of your horns "Hey there my grumpy, I see you have your favorite outfit on" she chimed lightly. Her chocolate brown eyes were friendly as usual as you looked at her, your friends were the only ones who could tell when you were looking at something since your hoodie and scarf hid his most of your face in the confines of its shadows. Before you could even open your mouth to reply in walked your favorite blonde haired blue eyed boy that you have adored all school year, he didn't know of course but still you admired every bit of him. Tanya turned her head as the cheery boy skipped inside and sat with his friends in the front corner of the room near the windows. You could feel yourself blushing and your tail was trembling inside of your sweater and your heart was beating fast. You turned your attention back to your friend tugging on shoulder to get her attention "Well anyways uh, what were we talking about again". Tanya smiled at you "I just said you had your favorite outfit on is all", you nodded and slid your sleeves together nervously. "Y-yeah I do
But for no reason I particular!" You laugh nonchalantly, happy that only the person next to you could hear what you were saying. "You still like Chase, don't you Chomps" Tanya asked even though she obviously knew the answer to the question. You growled lowly so not even she could hear "Of course I do, you don't even need to ask anymore". By that time the class had everyone but two kids in which either were going to be tardy or absent since the bell rang. The teacher walked in. The class began, you didn't really pay attention but really all you did was review yesterday and the chapter from last night. Not caring was one reason, you got all A's anyways so school was a breeze but also because you were busy staring at Chase. "Charlie, Charlie! Charlie Adams!!" You jumped as your teacher yelled your name forgetting that your adoptive parents had your named changed to enter the school you sighed as you looked up at him and nodded showing you were paying attention. He asked you a question you obviously knew the answer to and of course wiped the grin from your teachers face as always, yeah this was all a normal day so far.
Chase sighed as he started walking to school looking at his phone, he liked to watch the time. He was always nervous about being late to school. Chase never really liked school much. He was a good student, but he hated the social part of school. He moved to the town about a month ago, and he still wasn't fitting in. Chase has always had problems with making friend. He becomes nervous and frantic when talking to strangers. It takes a while for him to be able to talk to a single person without being nervous. Because of this he doesn't have many friends. He has some, acquaintances but not anyone he can text or hang out with after school. Chase walks into the school going straight to the class room. As he walked in he noticed that pink eyed boy was staring at him again. Chase tried not to stare back at him and started to walk a bit faster so he could get to the safety of his seat. Once he was in the safety of his seat he pulled out a pen and note book, they always had notes in this class. Chase started to think about the pink eyed boy. He never knew his name, but he always knew him from his odd clothing style. The weird scarfs and sweaters he wore all the time. It was getting hot out, it was becoming spring. Chase wondered if he was still going to wear them during the spring and summer. He would die in that heat wouldn't he? Chase started to doodle in his note book. That pink eyed boy is so different, but people seem to like him. The teacher walked in, Chase stopped doodling and started paying attention. It was a long a boring speech. He started taking notes, making little chibi's in scarfs and sweaters when there was free time. All of a sudden the teacher called on a boy named Charlie Adams. She sounded pretty mad. Maybe the kid fell asleep or something. Chase looked over to the side of the room and saw the pink eyed boy answering the question. "So Charlie is his name
" Chase thought.
